The very cool (and heavy!) Collector's Edition of Overwatch includes the game ina steelbook case, a soundtrack CD, a visual source book, DLC skins and a Soldier: 76 statue. Also includes digital goodies for all current Blizzard games: World of Warcraft, Diablo III, StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone.
So not Origins Edition like I say in the video, the Collector's Edition simply includes the content of the Origins Edition.
