Native Instruments KOMPLETE 12 is a full collection of plugins including several instruments and effects. Depending on the version you buy it will include things like KONTAKT 6, REAKTOR 6, MASSIVE X, and several sample libraries for Kontakt.
KOMPLETE 12 comes on a hard drive, or you can get a download version. The boxed version is better because Ultimate Collector's Edition is about 650 GB's! (compressed) Who wants to download that much content?
The hard drive included is ONLY for installation purposes. You CANNOT use the included hard drive to run the plugins or sample libraries. You MUST install the content on to another hard drive.
